Villa San Fedele, a carefully restored Art Nouveau villa of the early ‘900 is located 10 minutes’ drive from Lake Como and Lake Lugano and 45 minutes from Milan (and the EXPO), in the broad and sunny Valle Intelvi.
The villa is located in San Fedele Intelvi, 800 meters above sea level, in a quiet surrounding and yet a stone’s throw from the village center and the main public services.
Given the south-west facing orientation of the villa, guests can fully enjoy the sunny spring and summer days, while admiring the stunning view of the valley and the surrounding mountains.
All twenty-three rooms, each one unique and located on multiple levels, are spacious and bright.
The different room types can accommodate couples and families, groups and single travelers.

La Valle d’Intelvi

The Intelvi Valley stretches for nearly twelve kilometers northward from Como (20 km), between Lake Como (Lario) and Lake Lugano (Ceresio) and is cut through by the river Telo.
The sunny and charming valley opens onto the mountains just over a thousand meters high, with green pastures and moraine slopes.
A mild climate and rich vegetation are key features of the valley. The undulating landscape is one of the most beautiful in the Alps of Lombardy.
Famous holiday resorts and hamlets that remain almost untouched for their archaic simplicity can be reached by three access routes: from Argegno on Lake Como, from Osteno on Lake Lugano and from Lanzo, through the steep Val Mara which levels out near the Swiss-Italian border.
